The following donation will cover our children’s cost at 100% donated to our families collectively for Co-pays, Deductibles, Co-insurances, Prescriptions, Travel, Food, and Parking Reimbursements.

• Families receiving Public Assistance – are granted up to $2,500 toward their child’s financial needs in a calendar year.
• Families receiving HMO policies – are granted up to $5,000 toward their child’s financial needs in a calendar year.
